What's the best way for customers to look after their handcrafted cups and clothes so they last a long time?

☕ For your vinyl cups

- ✅ Hand wash only with warm soapy water

- ✅ Rinse well and dry straight away

- ✅ Gently wipe the design, don’t scrub hard

- ❌ No dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer

- ❌ Don’t soak for long periods

- ❌ Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners

👕 For your custom clothing

- ✅ Wash inside out on a gentle cool cycle

- ✅ Use mild detergent — no bleach or fabric softener

- ✅ Dry flat or hang up, best out of direct sun

- ✅ Iron on the reverse side only (low heat)

- ❌ Do not dry clean

- ❌ Don’t iron directly over the vinyl print

- ❌ Leave in hot sun / hot car — melts & fades

👕 Clothing — Don’t:

- ❌ Wash hot (over 30°C) — peels & shrinks

- ❌ Iron directly over print — melts vinyl instantly

- ❌ Tumble dry on high — lifts the design

- ❌ Use fabric softener / bleach — breaks down vinyl

- ❌ Dry clean — chemicals damage it
